About this experiment

I’m a product manager, formerly a product designer, and now an independent builder. I like turning complicated workflows into useful products — lately, with AI.

This site collects my experiment in public: one post a day, one hundred days a season.

The writing falls roughly along seven threads — understanding AI, product and design, building solo, working with AI, people and AI, career change, and life on the move, with some thinking about fast and slow.

What keeping this record gives me: a framework for the everyday, and a push to think a little further every time I write something down.

The posts are written in Chinese first; the English versions are translations.
